Location and Parking

We are located on Main Street in Washington, Pennsylvania. Only a little over 30 minutes drive from Pittsburgh.

You can park in our lot for free, located directly behind the Bradford House — accessible via the alley. If the lot is full, street-metered parking spaces are available.

Gift Shop

Browse our gift shop and find deeper stories about the American frontier experience in books curated for the history buff; Bradford and Whiskey Rebellion-themed shirts and mementos; period toys; limited edition prints; and much more!

Accessibility

Our 236-year-old stone house cannot be adapted to be wheelchair-friendly, as there are steps at each entrance and no space for an interior elevator to all levels. However, those with physical limitations who can make it up one or two steps can explore the first level of the home and view pictures while seated in the comfort of our front hall way. Our kitchen cabin and period garden and courtyard are wheelchair-accessible.
