Complimentary admission thanks to EQT Foundation.

Standard tours are free but donations are appreciated

For regular tours, admission is complimentary thanks to EQT Foundation and the Salvitti Family Foundation. Contact us for your group rate. Group tours require extra staff and time and thus we must charge a fee.

Donations are always welcomed and will support our mission to educate through tours and special events.

April - November: Drop-In Visitors

The Whiskey Rebellion Education and Visitor Center is open for drop-in visitors Wednesday through Saturday from April through November, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. The front door is purposely locked. You must ring the bell and someone will come and let you in. There are no set tour times. Your tour will start when you arrive.

December - March: Guided Tours by Appointment

Tours may be scheduled throughout the year by appointment with 48-hour notice, except New Year’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. A guided tour is about one-hour to one-and-a-half hours. Do not hesitate to schedule a tour. We do many tours during the off-season. The front door is purposely locked. You must ring the bell and someone will come and let you in.

Location and Parking

We are located on Main Street in Washington, Pennsylvania. Only a little over 30 minutes drive from Pittsburgh.

You can park in our lot for free, located directly behind the Bradford House — accessible via the alley. If the lot is full, street-metered parking spaces are available.
